Birth Date: 1843 Birth Place: Virginia Death Date: May 1, 1913 Place of Death: Waskom, Texas (Harrison County) Parents: Unknown Occupation: Slave / Freedman / Farmer Place of Residence: Texas Spouse: Mariah Brashear Children: Virginia - 1867, George - 1871, Elnora - 1875 Elnora - 1875, Erie - 1878 and Arthur - 1882 MISCELLANEOUS: After Mariah death April 26, 1882, Sampson married Silvia Wash December 5, 1889 in Harrison County, Texas. Six Children were born to this union, Ida, Ennis, Ivy, Susie, Jessie and Dottie Grant. Silvia had two other children from a previous marriage Pearly and Rosey. |
