Wilbur Smith Research Library and Archives
This is operated by the Texarkana Museums System .

The Wilbur Smith Research Library and Archives contains photographs, out-of-print books, letters, periodicals, and diaries, offering individuals and classes a unique look at Texarkana History.

The librarian is available for research, and research information requests for a small hourly fee. Contact Sammy Wacasey to schedule an appointment (903) 793-4831.

Family History Library

Hours:

Tuesdays 4 pm - 7 pm
Wednesdays 10 am - 1 pm, 1 pm - 5 pm
Thursdays 6 pm - 9 pm
Friday 10 am - 1 pm
Saturdays 10 am - 1 pm, except for the 5th Saturday of the month.

Closed on these specific dates: April 5, July 12, September 13, October 4, November 25-27, December 23 - January 2, 2009.
