Obituary for Irene Z. Adams
Born  5 December 1896  Died 19 January 1981

Irene Z.Adams

Irene Zachary Adams, 84, of Texarkana, died Wednesday
morning in a local hospital, following a lengthy
illness.
Services will be 4 p.m. today, in the Texarkana Funeral
Home Chapel with the Rev. E. Oran officiating. Burial
will be in Hillcrest Memorial Cemetery.
Mrs. Adams was born December 5, 1896 in Mt. Calm, Texas.
She had lived in Texarkana for the past seventeen years,
having moved from Tyler, Texas. She was a member of the
Central Christian Church.
Survivors include one sister, Cora Carlisle of Texarkana,
one niece, Eugenia Andrews of El Dorado, Ark.,two great
nieces, and several great-great nieces and nephews.
