Margaret Ann DeFee

Margaret Ann DeFee, 67, of Texarkana, Ark., died Tuesday, Feb 14, 2006,
in a local hospital.

Ms. DeFee was born July 3, 1938 in Texarkana, Texas. She was a member
of  Hickory Street Baptist Church.

Survivors include one Aunt, Aylene Bass of Texarkana, seven cousins,
Marjorie and George Bass Jr. of Sun City, Calif., Georgana Bass and Jim Long
of Midland, Texas, Kimberly and Jack Heimer of Fouke, Ark. and Nancy Adams
Kushner of Rochester, Minn. and a number of other realtives.

Services will be 2 p.m., Friday, at East Funeral Home, downtown, with
Richard Norman officiating. Burial will be in Rose Hill Cemetery.

Visitation will be 1 p.m. to 2 p.m., Friday, at the Funeral Home.

NOTE: Margaret Ann DeFee was the daughter of the late, Harmon Fonville
DeFee and Erin DeFee nee Bass.  Margaret was a distant cousin of mine as
my mother's father(W.J. DeFee) was a brother to Harmon F. DeFee.
