Obituary Texarkana Gazette:

Funeral services for Charles A.. Myrick, 84, Nash, will be held at 2 p. m. Friday 
at Nash Baptist Church.  The Rev. Van O. Martin, pastor, will officiate, assisted 
by the Rev. William Commer, pastor of St. Lukes Methodist Church.  Burial will be 
in Chapelwood cemetery.  Mr. Myrick, a risident of Bowie County for 59 years, died 
in a local nursing home Wednesday June 17, 1959 after a long illness.  Survivors 
include his wife, Nora Frances Myrick; two daughters, Mrs. Pauline Hawk, El Centro, 
CA., and Mrs. Hazel High, Wake Village, a step-daughter, Mrs. Nola Brabazon of 
Alpine, CA, two sons, Claude Myrick, Texarkana, and Harvey Myrick.
