Mt. Sylvan is located between Kilgore and Tyler. Take Hwy. 31 out of Kilgore toward Tyler. Turn right on FM 2767, beside the Country Tavern. Turn left on the first dirt road. The cemetery is enclosed by a cyclone fence. As you enter the gate the cemetery was read from the front right hand side to the back, row by row. Read March 25, 2000 by Sharon Pierce & Elaine Martin.
