FRESH STRAWBERRY PIE 1 pie crust, cooked and cooled 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened 2 tablespoons sugar 1 to 1-1/2 quarts fresh strawberries, sliced 1 tablespoon milk, (may need a little more) In a small mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese, sugar and milk until smooth. Spread over the bottom of crust; Arrange strawberries over top. GLAZE 1/2 cup sugar 1 tablespoon cornstarch dash salt 1-3/4 cups water 1 (3 ounce) package strawberry gelatin Combine the sugar, cornstarch, salt and water until smooth. Bring to a boil; cook and stir for 2 minutes or until thickened. Remove from hear; stir in gelatin until dissolved. Chill until partially set. Pour over berries. Refrigerate until set.
