Onion Potatoes

5 lb-round white potatoes washed and cubed, not pealed
2 envelopes instant onion soup mix
1 stick of butter, not margarine
1 half size foil pan

Place diced potatoes and melted butter in foil pan. Sprinkle with 
envelopes of onion soup mix and stir to coat potatoes. Place in a 
medium heated gas grill and close lid, or 350 degree oven and cook 
for about 1 hour stirring every 20 minutes.
