Onion Roasted Potatoes


1 envelope LIPTON Recipe Secrets Onion or Onion-Mushroom Recipe Soup Mix
2 lbs potatoes, cut into large chunks
1/3 cup olive or veg. oil


Preheat oven to 450. In large plastic food bag or bowl, combine all ingredients. Close bag and 
shake or toss in bowl until potatoes are evenly coated.

Empty into shallow baking or roasting pan; discard bag. Bake, stirring occasionally, 40 minutes 
or until potatoes are tender and golden brown. Garnish with chopped fresh parsley, if desired.
